Lucas Burr Johnson!!!

Well he has arrived! Our little bundle of joy joined our family Monday morning at 9:37am. We were called Sunday afternoon by the hospital and were told that we would get a call to come in to get induced sometime Monday morning. Maybe 7 or 8 . Well we get a call at 6:30 asking us how soon we could be there. We were so excited that we were there as fast as we could drive there. So we arrived at 7 and I was hooked up to Petocin and given an epidural as soon as the IV was set . They knew that because of my prior birth with Levi that i would go fast, so they gave me the Epidural right then and said it would probably be about noon that I would have him......Well,well I have to prove everybody wrong. By 9:00 I started feeling contractions on my right side. I called in the anesthesiologist to check why I was feeling them even though I had the epidural. He gave me another dose and left. Right then I started feeling pressure and the nurse came in, looked under the sheets and said we were having a baby. They whisked in everything and got me ready really fast, brought the doctor in and started. I pushed for 10 seconds, then he told me to stop pushing, and all of the sudden...I hear a baby crying!!! I said "is he out?!?!" I didnt even feel it! He basically fell out of me!He was put on my belly and was the most perfect little baby in the world. I cried, of course, and held him close to me. Born at 9:37 weighing 6lb 9oz, he is the most beautiful thing and looks the exact opposite of Levi! Dark hair and a really round, small head! It was such an easy labor; I do not know what I did to deserve this treatment. I feel wonderful and could not be enjoying this any more. Levi came to visit us in the hospital and it was so good to see him! I missed him so much just being without him for a few days. He is not realizing what is going on and doesnt really know what Lucas is. But that is ok. He will get it. So things are well and everything is great! We love him and he is the best little baby boy! Thanks to all those good wished and visitors! We Love you!

3 Days!

Well well well... I am 3 days away from being induced and I am DYING. The time is passing just fine, it is the pain that I am in. Wow, I feel like I have been complaining a lot, but I did not have pain like this with Levi. He is so low and gets lower every day. About now I am feeling like he is right in between my legs. But we are just getting so excited that it is happening so quickly. Monday we will have our little boy and I could not be more excited. We are so blessed to have the healthy pregnancy that we have had and just to be having a baby. We are so lucky and blessed. This pain is all worth it. next time you hear from me it will most likely be after he is born! So everyone sit on the edge of your seats till then....:)ha

21st Birthday!

Yes I am finally 21! Can't do much with it....but oh well. I get to change my license. But Dan took me to Tucanos; it was so good! They have so much food there and it is meats so when you are full, it is that heavy full where you really did gain 10 lbs! But it was ALL worth it! We are so busy in July it is crazy, next I will be blogging about Dan's B-Day on the 17th and then the baby! Oh how fun!

My mischievous son

He was saying to me " what mom? I didn't do anything wrong" And, yes, i made Dan clean this up when he got home:)

This was so funny, I dont know if you can see that white hair but it was so funny all messy aftr napping in the car seat. I had to get a picture!

I just love my little guy. He is so mischievous that I cant help but love him. He is so much fun.

Ahhh.... The belly

This is me pregnant with Levi just about 2 weeks away from delivering.

Here is another marvelous shot....

And this is me now, pregnant with Lucas, one week away from delivering

This one is a little less bearing...

I wanted to get some pictures of the pregnant belly on here before i pop. I found these pics of when i was pregnant with Levi and i like to see how they differ. I was sticking out way farther with Levi, that's for sure. It will sure be cool so see what Lucas looks like and how they differ in those ways too!

Special News.....

Well here we are, the final countdown. After two physical exams we have discovered that I am 3 cm dialated and 80% effased. We have decided to push forward the induction date to the 21st. Yes, that means that in 11 days from today we will have our little baby Lucas with us! I still cant believe how fast this has flown. I am getting so excited to see him and see what he looks like. I am deffinently more than ready to have this pregnancy over. I am feeling more and more pressure every day and now I can barely walk without being in so much pain. I waddle like i have a broken hip or something. My boys sit so low, i figure they want to start the torture as soon as possible, so they start before they are even out. I think he is just as ready to come out as i am ready to have him out. So common baby Lucas!!!! Get out of me:)

Anitmony for the 4th!!

Antimony, Antimony....what can i say. It lived up tp it's standards yet again. I have been going down there my whole life and the 4th of July is just a family tradition. We went down on Thursday and arrived about 7:00. The 4th was really fun. They had the infamous parade, that never fails to impress:). After the parade we headed over to the park for lunch and games. We were the last people there, because we stood in line forever and the food was gone when we got up there!!! We were upset, especially me... the fat one. But that night we went to Otter Creek for the fireworks that really were great and Levi really loved them. Could not get enough of sitting in the truck bed, jumping around. But he really loved the fireworks. Other than that we did a lot of sitting, which we just do in Antimony, and Dan blew up some dryers with bombs and had just a blast. Him, Jeremy, and Dallas(Angie's husband) really were something else. They were just a bunch of 10 year olds. We love them. So it was a great trip and we left Sunday morning to miss the traffic; which we were successful with. But as you most likely read, we came home to a big wet suprise! But all is well and taken care or now, and i am in a better mood! Thank goodness....
The aftermath of the bombs...........this is the dryer

Levi lovin on grandma

He climbed up on this pretty pink chair all by himself!

He obviously wanted what I had

And Dan just being Dan...

THAT D@#$ CAT!!!!

Well we did go to Antimony and it was so fun but i have something else on my mind.... we returned home, opening the garage to find water all on the ground. I right away knew it was from the house so we ran inside only to find that our dumb (well pretty smart) cat had turned on the faucett in our laundry room sink and had flooded our house!! The laundry room, spilling into the kitchen, and into the garage and A TON into the basement was all flooded and we were in shock!!! After wanting to leave Antimony early to get home and rest, we find this, and have to clean up a flooding house for a few hours. I am exhausted and mad at my cat for being that smart!!! What kind of kitty knows how to turn on a faucett?!?!? Now we have to call a professional tomorrow and make sure there was no real serious damage where molding or rotting can occur. Oh man, what a day. I will post on the trip tomorrow, when i am in a better mood.

Our anniversary....and more:)

Well, yes it has been a few days since i have updated the blog....our laptop has been in the shop and i finaly figured out how to do pictures on this dinosar computer Dan has has for years....any who....here is whats new!!

Daniel and I had our 2 year wedding anniversary on June 29th! It was great! I forgot our camera and was so mad!!! But we went to dinner at Harvest at Thanksgiving Point, it was so good!! And the night before we went to the Tim McGraw concert with Carlye and Jacob and his brother Cole and his wife Britney! It was really fun, but, sadly the concert was a disappointment. Tim was not acting his usual self. Daniel hates country music already, so he was mad it was not good. But we ended up leaving before it was over because my 8 month pregnant body apperantly cant handle standing for long periods of time. I was in so much pain, what was i thinking?!? But it was fun to hang out with Car and Jacob who had gotten engaged earlier that day!! YAY!!! We love them. But, all in all the anniversary was so good and I just love Daniel. He is the best and this is the second year (of 2:) that we celebrated our anniversary with me being prego. Lets shoot for a non-pregnant anniversary next year!....PLEASE.
Now these cute pictures are just here to show you that my 2 boys are just alike. Daniel got the steering wheel and the Nascar game for his x-box for our anniversary. And when Levi saw it he almost jumped out of his skin! He was pushing Dan out of the way to get to it to play. He is in the "steering wheel phase"...and so is Dan, apparently:) But they are having so much fun with it. And as you can see, the amazing rocker in the pictures is my present, but for some reason Dan is sitting on it....funny how that works out. They were great gifts though. ( and dont mind Dan's mad face, he's really excited i took the picture!:)

And for me, the prego...Things are going well. I have a check up today to see how all is coming. It will be interesting to see... But I am in a lot of pain with pressure and really am ready for this to be over and meet our little guy!!! And so is Dan, I think, I'm getting pretty ornery.

And in the next day or so, we will be traveling south to good 'ol Antimony for the annual 4th of July trip!! YAY! It will be really fun and i WILL NOT forget my camera so there will be loads of pics when we get back. until then....BYE
