My baby is 3!!! I can't believe that Levi turned 3 last week! Time sure has flown by and I am happy to say that we have enjoyed every minute of it. Levi is the sweetest spirit and is such a joy to our family. When he was a baby he was a crazy little thing, but he has turned out be this sweet, sensitive, caring, curious, loving big boy. He loves to be a big brother and have Lucas follow him around and to show Luke the way for a lot of things. He is creative and very smart. Learning more every day, even shocking us with it. I can not express my love for my kids and watching them grow has been the best gift I could ever receive.

In my post below I forget to share a few things. I want to say how greatful I am to have the calling as a mother. I am so in love with my kids and I could not feel more blessed to have them. I feel blessed to have to calling of watching over these children on this earth and raise them to be worthy so we can all be together forever. These boys have changed my life. I have a new out look on life. These crazy, fun, beautiful boys are the loves of my life and I am proud to call myself a mom.
I am also so greatful for my moms. My mother has been one of my best friends and I look up to her in so many ways. She is such a strong woman and she has always tought me to be strong. My mother-in-law is the same way. She looks for the good in everyone and makes me want to do the same. I love my mothers and am so greatful for them! Happy Mother's Day!!

Mother's Day was so much fun! I woke up to breakfast in bed and then got to sleep in. I got to open my present and Dan got me the most beautiful jewelry box! I have needed one for so long! When I opened it there was a beautiful earings and necklas set I saw at IFA...yes, IFA:) After church the whole family came over and we had a scrumptious BBQ and played around. After we went to Dan's mom's to see her. On Monday my sister-in-law Carolina, andI took my mother-in-law to dinner at Outback and to see the Back-Up Plan while Dan babysat all her kids! We had a lot of fun!! For my mom, the whole family got her a beach bike cruiser she has wanted for a few years! It is so cute!!

Life has been so busy I have refused to take timeout to blog! Now I have 3 months to catch up on....So...we are still living with my parents and enjoying it, even though there are a lot of challenges. The boys love it! We are in the middle of potty training Levi and that is SO hard! I didn't know how hard it would be! He is doing well and we are sticking to it! Easter was fun with the family! We got together for egg hunts and parties! We have had some big challenges in our big family. I will explain as the pictures come up! Hope you are ready for a million pictures!

Lucas is so in love with his uncle Dave! He always wants to sit with him and eat his food and play peek-a-boo on his bed:)

My sister Chelsea's little 4 month old baby has been in the hospital with problems with his liver. He doesn't have anything to drain his lever. He is really yellow and has a very bloated tummy. they finally took him to the ER and have found out all of that. He had to have surgery called Kasai. His Large Intestine had to be rigged up to his liver to help drain. The procedure worked and he is doing well. The bad news is, he will have to have a transplant no matter what in his life. We are just praying for it not to be for a few years, at least. the older he is the better chance he has of getting a donation from an older family member. If he needs it soon, it will have to be from a young baby doner. We have been very emotional and have re learned the meaning of family support and love again. We are so greatfull for fasting and prayer. It has saved us and baby Jordan.

A little while after we moved in we realized that we would have to find deisel a new home! We were so sad but the house and the yard just couldnt handle him:) He went o family and we can see him whenever we want. We miss him so much!

Also..I have signed up for CNA classes! I will be getting certified and getting a night job! I have been interested for a while and I am going to continue to research nursing schools and might go on the be an RA! I want to contribute to my family and I would love this job! I will keep posting about my classes! I will keep up on the blog now, I promise!

I know, I know...I have seriously been slacking on the blog. I guess life right now is so crazy, yet boring! Lets see.... We have moved in with my parents for now. We are trying to work out all the financial troubles that life has thrown our way. Life has really been giving us some tough trials, but we are finaly doing all we can to fix things, and ,hopefully, start a new.
Life at my parents is crazy! I feel like I am living in high school again. My mom even tries to tell me what to do around the house and I have to remind her that I am a grown woman and I will take care of the things that need to be taken care of!:) we are so grateful to my parents for the hospitality that they are showing to us. We would be in a very difficult situation if we didnt have them! Plus, I get to hang out with my mom all day, so that is a major bonus!!

The boys are sprouting and I can't believe how fast! they are getting so big right in front of our eyes! We are having no desire for another at the moment. our hands are full!!! We are very blessed witht the health and happinmess of our boys and we remind ourselves of that every day. Amist all the trials, we are all healthy and happy and together! I could not ask for more!

I know I have been slacking on blogging so now I will squish a lot of events together all in one. First off... We had a fabulous holiday! We started off with a party at the White home and all the kids had a blast! They are all at the age where they have so much fun opening presents! We also had a friends ugly sweater party...which was awesome. We love hanging out with our friends. Dan won at poker, which was awesome.

Christmas at our house was great. We got to spend Christmas eve at Dan's mom's and spent Christmas at home with the boys. We got to just lounge around and relax.

Right now, Dan's dad and little sister are in town for a week and we have been loving it. We went to Temple square, out to dinner, and just hung out. We have had a really great holiday season.

This sweet little baby came into our lives Saturday 12/12 at 12:02! Dans sister Ashley and Jordan had Hayden Hasler and he is just so sweet! We have been spending all the time we can with him! He is so cute and I am so excited to add another boy to our lives! Now we are just waiting for my sister to have her baby boy any day!! What a fun month!

Halloween Time!

This year in Halloween Dan and I went to The Utes game so we celebrated Halloween on friday with the ward at the Trunk or Treat! The boys had a blast, but still didnt get the concept of Trick or Treating. They were still adorable though!Dan and I waiting for the game to start! Showing some spirit!

I know, I know, I have been slacking majorly on blogging! But I have done three posts to make up for it and keep you up on what is going on is our crazy lives. First off, these pictures are of the best thing I have ever found. We went to the Shoe Carnival in Orem to find me some shoes and they had this!! So my boys played in it while I shopped. My dream come true.
My beautiful cousin Angie had her amazingly cute baby Gabriel in September! He is so amazing an dI just love holding a little baby. Mostly a boy, it just reminds me of how fast they grow.

Antimony Camping Trip!!!

So time finally came for us to go on out long-awaited camping trip with the Montagues! We left the kiddos at home with my mom and we were off! We left at 10:30 Wednesday night. We got there and decided to sleep in the trailer behind Jacob's house so we didn't have to set up camp at 1 AM. But did we go to bed?? Oh no, we went spotlighting in the old Blue and froze out little bums off!

Thursday we woke up early and headed up the mountain to set up camp and make our men a good hot breakfast! It was so cold that morning so we had to have a fire going ASAP! But, wait, we had no fire wood...so Dan and Jacob went and got a dead tree, dragged it into our campsite and chopped it. Can you say mountain men? The whole trip was filled with shooting, 4-wheeling, fishing, sitting by the fire, Carlye convulsing, slottering a pig with Grandpa and Corlas, lunch, CArley and Jacob's 1 year anniversary, and lots and lots of fun!! It also turns out that Carlye and I are better shots than our husbands, bless their hearts. We were about 90% every time! It was awesome. * PASS NO JUDGMENT* but shooting is just what we do down there!

41. I have this weird love of being in the hospital. When I have my babies I love being there. I think I feel like something huge is, or will be happening when I am there.

42. when Levi gets his hair cut you would think we were trying to kill him. I have NEVER seen a fit like that before.

43. I often think about our lives WHEN we will be millionaires. The thing we will do, thing we will own. Even though I know there is like a 2% chance of that ever really happening. :)

44. I have to sleep with 2 pillows.

45. I always think of what life would be like if Dan died, or his life if I died. Just not complete.

46. I have a popping fetish.

47. I love squishing Dan's face.

48. I think I'm pregnant like every other month. then I think of how crazy my life will be with three...

1. I laugh the hardest when Dan busts out his huge laugh(very rare)

2. We love watching kids movies and shows with our kids, even though we act like it is a burden.

3. I call Dan maybe 7 times a day. He calls me maybe 2

4. Costco is a guilty pleasure

5. I am truly addicted to shopping.

6. I love Dan's reaction when I tell him I think he looks hot. It's a little kid grin.

7. We grab each others bums at least 5 times a day.

8. Our most serious conversations are when we drive to Antimony.

9. I think Dan is so hot when he wrestles with the boys.

10. I watch General Hospital every day....

11. My heart melts every time Levi says "Thank You," it makes me feel like I am doing something right.

12. I like watching football, but feel dumb when I ask Dan questions about it.

14. Dan always leaves egg shells in the sink....always. It drives me bonkers.

The 24th we went to Daniel's grandparents house for a BBQ and fireworks! It was so fun and the food was, of course, amazing! We had steak, chicken, and fresh Halibut dan's grandpa caught in Alaska! It was amazing! After we all did fireworks and our boys had so much fun!! Levi was going crazy over the sparklers and the popers. And if you notice, Levi has a little cast thing because earlier in the week he tripped in his flip-flip and fractures his foot! It was horrible but he is OK and doesn't even notice that bootie. Most of the time.

well Kenny has come and gone, yet again. Carlye and I went with her sister, aunt and friends. Can I just say, it has been too long since Carlye and I have been to a concert together! Saturday I got to have the best birthday! My adorable sister-in-law and I took Dan's little brothers to go swimming and we had a blast! It was cloudy half of the time then the sun came out and we got to get some sun! We had a blast! she is 16 weeks pregnant....she is tiny!

That night I was going to dinner with my girlfriends to celebrate mine and Carlye's birthday! After I got out f the shower Dan told me that I should call Carlye and go shopping for my birthday; he is the best:) So CAr and I went shopping for a little bit before dinner, then we met Allie and Natalie at Geckos for dinner! We ran into some old high school buddies working there, so that was fun. And, of course dinner was a blast! Love you girls!

Antimony 4th of July!!!

This past weekend was the annual Antimony 4th of July trip!! We had so much fun! this year we got to go on an amazing horseback ride up Antimony Canyon and I have never seen it so beautiful!! It was raining half the time and the canyon was just beautiful! We also enjoyed the parade and the park games! The boys really loved hanging out with all the kids and it was really good to catch up with the whole family! We love Grandpa Burr and his hospitality to the whole family over the 4th!

American Idol!!

As all of you must know, it had been a dream of mine to try out for American Idol and to sing!! We this was the year! every year there has been obsticals and this year we were flying out to Denver to try out! but after a long time of thinking and pondering I have made a decision. I have decided to chose my family as my priority and I want to stay home and raise my kids and be with my husband. I am jumping the gun as if I was really going to make it, but if I did I would be away from them for months at a time and I feel like I need to be with them. So, for now, that dream is something I have exchanged for a new dream, being a mom and wife! For all of you who I have been telling for years that I would do it the next year....sorry for that:) But my priorities are now set! I am happy to be a mommy and a wife of a great man!

Wow three years!! I can't believe that we have been married for 3 years!! Time seriously flies, yet I feel like I can't remember life without Daniel. Last night we went to Marketstreet Grill for dinner and went to see transformers. It was so good! And our dinner was amazing! I love my husband so much and I can't wait to spend eternity with him!

Lehi Round-Up week!

This past week was Lehi Round-Up week! And now that we are citizens of Lehi we had to attend some festivities!! Friday night we went to the Rodeo and were poured on and were freezing for the first half them it stopped raining and was a blast! I had to dress to the nines for it! I miss the days of being obsessed with cowboys and cowgirl stuff! (Carlye and Rach know exactly what i'm talking about!) Saturday my sister -in law Ashley and her friend Denise and I took the boys to the parade! It was a blast and other than it being 10 hours long it was a blast!!! After we had to go to reams and buy Levi some Wranglers and cowboy boots!!! Pics to come!

I started out doing handprints but after trying 3 times and the boys just playing with the concrete stuff I decided feet would be easier! And even Levi was still playing with it with his toes! We woke up and made the best crepes ever and just hung out! Dan actually was sick all morning so we didn't make it to church. We went to my dad's for dinner and gave him his present....George Strait tickets!! He was pretty excited, and i'm jealous. All in all it was a great father's day! I love my dad so much and he is the best! And Daniel is the best dad ever! I love him so much!

Nursing

So today is a day for venting. for any of you who don't have kids or who are bothered by hearing about nursing or nipples, you might not want to read this. Just a warning.

So this past week I have decided to start weaning Lucas. He will be one in July and I hear the best way to wean is gradually over about a month so I was starting now. Then a few days ago Luke got sick and has only wanted one thing, mommy's bobbies. So he has been nursing non-stop, not only frustrating for me, but he undid all the weaning I had started last week. So, a little while back when I was nursing I had this horrible pain and I had no idea what it was. I figured out that it was his top teeth scraping across my areola. It was the worst pain I have felt other than contractions. By the time he was done eating my nipple was rubbed raw and was bright red. It is only on my right nipple. So now I have the dilemma of him needing to nurse but only being able to feed him on one side because my other nipple is rubbed raw when he does nurse on the right side....hm???? what to do? Now that he is sick he is nursing all the time, but only on one side , so my right side, I fear, is going to get engorged. i am thinking I might just stop him nursing all together and pump and try to get him to take a sippy of breast milk. The only problem with that is he does not like sippys very much and when he is sad he just wants the comfort of mommy, and, honestly thats what i want to. Nursing Luke has been the best experience, Unlike Levi, Luke took right to it and has gone strong for 10 1/2 months now. I love it. We have such a strong bond from it I know that whenever he is sad or hurt he can come to me and I am the only one who can comfort him in the way he wants and needs. And to be honest, it does the same for me. Ever since I had Luke I have been feeling very different and have been having spells of being very short-tempered and have a very short fuse. I also feel a lot of things that remind me of the depression I went through in high school. So the nursing, for me, has been a healing process and helps me to get away from my daily obligations and allows me to sit in the dark, rock and hold my sweet little baby. It gives me comfort. This is what brings me to my dilemma. I don't want to wean but I feel that I am being forced to. I wish I could talk to Luke and tell him he is hurting mommy and to stop, but I just can't. So now I fear that weaning him will take way something that I have cherished for months now. And I really don't like to see him so sad, which he is when I am being strong and don't nurse him. So today is really bad for me. I am feeling guilt, sadness, overwhelmed, angry, hurt(nipples), and worried of the days to come. If any one has any words of advice, encouragement, or help please feel free to do so. today is a bad day, tomorrow will be a new day.

LumberJack Competition

This past weekend while Dan and I went to dinner we sat by some men from New Zeland who were in town for the LumberJack competition at Thanksgiving Point and since we watch those all the time on ESPN we decided we would go check it out! It was so cool! Carlye came with us, because she loves us:), and we had a blast. After a little while Luke was tired so we didn;t stay as long as we would have liked to but we had a lot of fun and also saw a little dog show and walked around. it was a great little Saturday activity with the fam, and Carlye:)

My little boy is 2!!! I can't believe it! Levi is the sweetest little boy ever and I could not have asked for a better first baby! So on Sunday, Mother's Day, we celebrated Levi's 2nd birthday as well as mother's day at my parents house! We had a lot of fun playing outside and having a fun day!(Be ware, there are a lot of pictures!)

Friday morning my sisters and I surprised our mom with a trip to Park City! We had been planning this for about a month and it was finally the day! We had our dad tell her that they were going out at 10:30 and to be ready. So when we showed up she was so surprised! We told her to pack a bag and we were off. We grabbed breakfast at Kneaders and headed out! We first went to a spa that we couldnt find and it ended up being at the very tip top of the mountain! But it was so cool because they were there early so the spa people told us we could use the jacuzzi and relax while we waited for the people to be ready for us. So after relaxing in the jacuzzi we got awesome pedicures! It was so fun because we were relaxing in the awesome robes like we were getting all the treatments, when we were only getting a pedi:) After those were done we decided to try to find our hotel and we couldnt...so we stopped to shop downtown for a little bit and eat. BUT there seemed to be no places open so we went to a pizza pasta place, the only place open! after we ate we tried another attempt to find the hotel....not working. We drove up and down Main 3 times and called the dang place twice before we could even find it! And when we puled up it looked like a dump....But it ended up being a really nice room with leather couches, a kitchen, and a jacuzzi in the living room!! After we sat for a min. we decided to do some more shopping! We went to TJ Maxx because it i the best:) After we went to see Ghost of Girlfriends Past, which was really dumb and we were all pissed cause we wanted to see Seventeen Again but it want playing at that theatre. After we went back the the hotel and were so pooped so we went to bed! Saturday we got ready and had another amazing day of shopping at the outlets and it was so fun!! Shop, shop, shop! It is what we do best! After shopping we headed home to the husbands and children who missed us dearly...We had the best time and it was so great to spend time with my sisters and my mom! They are all such great moms and I loved sharing the holiday with them! Mom, I love you and you are the best example of a mom anyone could have! I love you!!

So for Family night monday Dan has the brilliant idea of making home made play dough and let Levi go to town with it. We had so much fun. he was really skeptical of it at first until Dan grabbed his hand and shoved it into the play dough. Then he was all for it. So here are a few pics. This is my incision, gross i know but at least I am covering up my butt crack!

So.. Tuesday was quite the day in my house. i was going in to have my surgery on my butt...a cyst was removed. But first thing we had a Dr. appointment for Luke. He is 9 months! crazy! So the doctor told us he has traces of an ear infection , but because he has this one within 30 days of his last ear infection he has to be on a stronger medicine that will be hard on his little tummy. So that was fun, he cried the whole appointment.

After that we took the boys to my moms and we were off the my doctors to have my little thing done..

We were there for about an hour and it was really fast and easy but the rest of the day I was so out of it and I think my body was in shock after having something puled, tugged, and cut out if it.

While at my moms levi was out down for a nap just to come running out of the room after me. He learned how to open the door...a day i have been dreading. So no nap for Levi.

After we got Dan we got home and I walked through the door to smell the most putrid smell I have ever come across. My dog had had diarrhea all day in his kennel and it was all over him, his bed, and the walls. It was the worst smell ever. those of you who know the smell of baby diarrhea...it is that times 10!! We hurried and put the boys to bed to spent the next 45 min cleaning and airing out our house. BLAA! When it was all clean we sat down and diesel started having yet another accident. Poor thing, so he slept in the garage. Dan was so mad but I felt so bad for him being in that mess all day! So that was my day!

So i have had a wonderful few days. We stayed at my sisters house Friday and played with them, which was really fun. Carley and Jacob came and played with us on Friday and we had a blast! BUT while I was at my moms Friday afternoon, I tried to out Levi down for a nap and a little while later I heard a knocking on is door...to my surprise he had crawled out of the porta-crib!!! He has never dont that so I was a little freaked out. So we had fun trying to get him to sleep at Chelsea's house... I thought that would be the worst of it but this morning I knocking on his bedroom door. He had crawled out of his crib!! I did not think he could do that too!!! So I have been trying to get myself together to decide when we will have to do the transition to a big boy bed. That makes me nervous. But I think we will do it in a few weeks and see how this whole climbing thing goes for now.

Also, we got home last night and Luke has been so ornery and fussing a lot. I thought it was just his big fat top tooth that has just poked through, but I looked in his mouth and found that his third tooth on the bottom just poked through too!! WTF I thought that the bottom 2 came in, then the top 2 , then work on the others a few months down the road. At least that is what Levi did and what I have read online. But no...I guess all babies are different and you cant always believe what you read online. So now that I am looking more in his mouth it looks swollen all over. I wouldnt be surprised if all his teeth poke through all at once, That is how fussy he is. Poor guy.

While we are at the Hellstroms, Chelsea and I took our 3 babies swimming at a Rec center by her house. We were so excited! We got all the floaties blown up, all the kids dressed and happy. We get in the water and planned that one of us would float with the babies while the other chased Levi. As soon as we got in the water, the life guard comes over and tells us we cant have floaties! They apparently are a hazard (funny because I thought they were a safety precaution) So we had to have one of us HOLD the babies while the other chased Levi, who was way more crazy than i thought he would be. All in all it was madness but we had a lot of fun! Levi had so much fun and we are way excited to take them swimming all summer, and hopefully getting the hubbies out there with us!

So last night my sister-in-law had her baby! She was 3 days overdue and had been having contractions for like a week but wasn't dilating, so finally she got to the hospital and she had him around 4:30 this morning! We went and daw them today and he is so cute! Dark black hair, strong features. He is adorable. Jude is what they named him. Dustin and Carolina and just like deer in headlights. It is so hard to have a first baby, you dont know what to do! Like, ok he is here; now what? I remember that feeling like it was yesterday! We are so excited to have another boy on the Johnson/Bastian side!

I have no pictures and i'm trying to get a video, but Lucas is crawling all over! He started crawling and 2 days later he was trying to get up the stairs and actually fell down the stairs..( he is ok though!) He is just crazy! I cant believe it! I just wish I could lay him down and I could trust that he will stay there and I could run to the bathroom or something... but no! He would have followed me into the bathroom..or fall down the stairs, like he did. But I will admit that this stage is my favorite! Just more aware, sitting and playing, and talking to me and playing with Levi. It is the best!

Also, yesterday I went to lunch with Rachael and had such a blast!! I love her and I love catching up! And baby Teya is just the sweetest little thing ever!! She slept the whole time, sweet little angel! I love hanging out with her and catching up! We have really lost so much time by not being close after school. I missed her. Love ya Rach!

So I have been seriously slacking on blogging but we have been having computer issues so now I am just doing it! We have not been up to too much, the boys are sick like every other week...thanks to this inconsistant weather! Every time it gets cold again, they are sick! It has been no fun! Tonight my new sister in law Carolina is having a baby shower and I decided to use up all my left over diapers from when Luke was littler and make a diaper cake! I have made them before and I love putting them together! I did one for my sister when she had her little girl and I made one for my own baby shower( sad I know) but that was my first one and it didnt turn out very cute! So this is the one for Carolina! It isnt perfect at all but it is sure cute!

I have also been bitten by the craft bug! I made these signs for the house and Luke's room. They are so cute and I did then with my sisters and mom. I will be putting the JOHNSON on a shelf when I get it painted and hung, so I will post a pic when I get that up and when I hang up Luke's.

Well a lot has gone on in the past week and I didn't have my camera for most of it, so you get to settle for me just explaining it:) So this Saturday was my niece Adyson's first birthday! We had a party and it was so fun! She is getting so big and adorable!! We love her!

Saturday night I had planned a secret getaway for me and Dan to go to Little American and stay the night. So we dropped Levi off with my parents and Lucas with Carlye and Jacob and off we went. We got to the hotel and settled in and went to dinner at Marketstreet Grill...where our waiter was so horrible! It took him an hour to get our food to us! I was so mad! After we ate we ran over to The Gateway so we could walk around before we would go see The Watchmen, which I had pre-ordered the tickets for. So we were in Buckle and I was trying on a shirt when I felt a little sick......ok a lot sick. Like we had to run out of the store-sick. WE went to the theater to get our tickets and I could find a bathroom. When we looked at the tickets we saw that I bought them for Friday....oops! So Dan went to see if he could take care of it and I ran to find a bathroom. When I was done Dan had convinced the theater to give us tickets for that show. We sat down and I felt sick again so off to the restroom I went. (sorry if that is TMI) I got into the theatre when the movie was starting and we sat through 3 hours of the stupidest movie I have ever seen! It was so bad! It was stupid and the violence seens were so terrible! And for anyone who has seen it knows what I mean when I saw...Blue man....COME ON!!!! A little too much of his privates were showing almost the whole movie! Oh we were so mad. So when we got done we went back to our room, ordered room service and Dan gave me a full body massage! He is just the best, it was AMAZING!!! In the morning we went to the brunch in the ballroom and it was so delicious! All in all it was so nice to get away and to have some get away time with the hubby! I love you Dan!!

Finally the bast news....we have a new member of the family!! And his name is Diesel!! Dan's sister and her husband gave us this amazing Bullmastiff and we love him! He is the sweetest thing ever and he is so good with the boys! Even though he is as big as Levi and weighs more! He is HUGE and will only get bigger! He is only 11 weeks and as you can see, he is BIG!! Dan loves his new puppy!!

Fresh air!!

This weekend we went to Antimony and we had a blast! We love it down there so much! The weather was so nice and we got to hang out in the outdoors and get some fresh air. Our friends Carlye and Jacob were down there visiting his Dad too so we got to spend time with them also. We love to visit with my grandpa and just sit and chat it up with him. Everyone in my family went home Saturday and we stayed until Sunday so Dan and I and Jacob and Car played games with him and we got to spend some extra time with him, which Levi loved, he has a soft spot for Grandpa Burr. On Saturday we went with Carlye and Jacob to go fishing up Antimony Canyon. It was so much fun and, no worries, we were freezing . But still managed to get a sunburn on our faces. We love Antimony and can't wait to go back soon!!Alyssa was loving a chance to boss someone younger than her around, so she would take his beanie and point her finger in his face and boss him around. It was hilarious.

So In Levi news today.....

So you all know we have the TV in Levi's room now but little did I know he would love just one thing to play all the time. He is so obsessed with Horton Hears a Who! He will sit up there and watch it and then when it is done and the credits start rolling he goes to the top of the stairs and he starts yelling "Ho-ton Ho-ton HO-TON!!!" and pointing to his TV. Is it so wrong that I give in and replay it all day? I figure it's better than a screaming toddler, right?

In Lucas news....

After I saw that my friend Tarah was putting her 7 month old in a high chair I figured it was time to get out of the feed-in-bouncer stage and move on to the high chair! What is so funny is Levi was just his age when we bought this for him and he looked just this little! It is so funny how little my boys are!! But I, of course, had to blog about the events today!

Today I am very grateful for the health of my children. God has blessed me so much with healthy little boys who run, play, laugh, cry, whine, eat. I just read the blog of a family who just went through the worst trial I can ever imagine a parent to go through. http://themcclenahans.blogspot.com/. I want you all to read it from the beginning and understand why I write this post with tears in my eyes. I feel so blessed to have what I have and I need to thank the Lord every day for these blessings. This family is so strong and I am envious of their faith and courage. I do not know this family, nor will I ever meet them, but I will always be envious of them and their courage. I wish I could wrap my arms around this mother and cry with her. After reading her blog I am now happy that I have a messy house, a whining toddler, a hungry baby, cartoons in the background; for these parents do not have these things anymore. God bless them, and everyone pray for this family.

This is a land mark day! Lucas has his first tooth pocking through! I have been wondering when it would poke through because Luke has been so fussy lately, I knew he had to be teething. And I was right! It poked through!

I know I have really been slacking on the blogging...so these are from LAST weekend when Chelsea, Jer , and Ady stayed with us all weekend. We ate good food, played a lot of fun poker( now Chelsea is addicted) and the kids just played and played. Levi and Ady had a bath together and they were so cute. Levi kept putting bubbles on her head and rubbing them into her face. It was adorable. All in all we had such a fun weekend. Last night the whole White family dropped off the kiddos with babysitters and we went to dinner at Tepanyaki. Oh man was it good! We had sushi....i have been craving sushi for so long! YUM it was fabulous! Plus I ran into Melissa Elder ( a friend from high school) whom I think I havent seen in 3 years but we feel like we just talked due to the blogger world..........Thank you Bloger World:) After dinner Dan and I went to Kneaders and ate our body weight in deserts...so much for the diet yesterday:) We had a really fun night and it was nice to have some time to ourselves.

So Happy Holidays to all! So much has happened since my last Post so I will of course have a lot of pictures and plenty to write about. First of all, a few days before Christmas it was Dan's little sisters birthday and we went to Chuck-E-Cheese and for as gross as I remembered it to be, it was so fun! Levi just had a blast and his uncles just love to play with him! We had a lot of fun!

Next...Christmas! This year was great because Levi could really get into it. He was loving opening the presents and I would get overly excited to get him to get excited too and it totally worked. He really had a great time. We did Christmas Eve at Grandma Bastian's and the Christmas morning at our house. Following opening the gifts at our house we went to Dan's grandma Barneys house for the annual tradition of Ebelskivers and the Christmas breakfast. After breakfast we were off to my parents house for my family party. We really had a lot of fun and was spoiled by our families. It is so weird when you have kids and all of the sudden you become Santa and Santa forgot about you:) Good thing we have spouses to fill in for him:)

New Years was really fun too!! CArley and Jacob,Ashley and Jordan and my long lost neighbor and Ashley's good friends JAred andDenise came over to our house for a rockin' new years party. A party where Jord passed out by 11:00 and we were all fighting to stay up till 12! Man, we are all getting old! But we did have fun playing Guitar Hero and Apples to Apples. Thanks for coming over guys!!

So last but not least.....we gave Rambo the cat to my parents. We just have been going crazy with him!! He is so crazy and a little posessed so we had to give him the boot to the parentals. Thanks for taking him mom...we all know what Dan was ready to do......

Stupid Christmas Party

Daniel and I went to his Christmas party at Snowbird on Saturday night. WE drove through the snowy weather and the freezing night for a party that was kind of a bummer. It wasn't very fun. the food wasn't that good, the DJ stank adn we didn't even win anything!!! But we did go to eat breakfast with Dan's buddy Corey and his wife Erin after and that was good. all in all it was nice to have a night without the kids and be alone together. Oh how we cherish adult nights....

This past weekend was spent at my parents house and boy did we have fun! Daniel and I went to his work Christmas party at Snowbird and my parents watched the boys. Then on Sunday we went to the singles ward with then and I saw some old friends. Sunday the whole fam came over for dinner and then on Monday we played with grandma and that night we left to my in-laws for Dan's brother's birthday party and finally went home!We had a fun weekend and loved spending time with the parentals.

Crafts and ornaments

I have been doing some crafts this winter....well lets just day I buy the things and my mom and sister out them together for me. i am very handicapped when it comes to crafts and decor. So I purchased these materials and my mom made the ornaments and Keri put together the tree filled with ornaments. I just love them!! Thanks crafty girls!

So I will tell you, the best time of my day is nap time! I am lucky enough to have them nap together for a little while and I am able to do something non-related with kids. But my second favorite time of the day is when I get them up! They dont sleep together but sometimes if they wake up at the same time and I will let them hang out in Levi's crib and they love it!!! So I had to take the photo op. So here are the naked shots:)

Thanksgiving!

So Thanksgiving was fun. On Thursday we ate at Dan's mom's house and had the best food!!! She is one amazing cook! On Saturday we had a big thing with my family. We got there at like 11 and the guys put up my moms lights on house and then we waited for food!!! In the midst of stressful cooking and a full kitchen we started to smell smoke and my mom opened the oven to a cloud of smoke and finding out that someone had turned the oven up to 550 degrees! The fire alarm went off and everything. But the food wasnt ruined! So we sit down to eat and lucas was crying so I went onto another room to feed him and I hear everyone laughing their heads off. I come back and sit to only hear that the turkey my mom had cooked was 5 YEARS OLD!!!!! She had told everyoone not to eat the turkey after she had taken one bite and knew that it wasnt good. She was told it would be fine, but apperantly it was not! It was so funny because my mom usually doent really cook a big turkey or make a huge amazing meal for Thanksgiving and she tried really hard this year for the fam's sake. Everything else was so good though and we know that she tried really hard and love her for that! After dinner the girls headed off the Tai Pan for some decorative shopping and boy was it crazy! But we got some cute stuff! When we got home the boys took a break from the kiddos and went to see a movie. All in all we had a really good Thanksgiving this year. Thanks for the fun Thanksgiving mom!!

Colorado

This weekend we went out to Colorado to visit Dan's grandparents and aunt. We have not been out there scince I was pregnant with Levi, it was long over-due. We had so much fun!!! Dan's family is so hilarious! Dan went out Saturday with his Grandpa in the Big Rig and we girls headed off the a Passions Party....one of the funniest experiences of my life. The weekend consisted of GREAT food made by G-ma Johnson i.e., Biscuts and Gravy, Turkey sandwiches, Ham, Sweet potatoes with brown sugar, Laughing our heads off, naughty parties with a way too awkward outcome, inside jokes and a lot of fun!!!! We love aunt Teri and Grandma and Grandpa. And Aunt teri's kidsa re so cute! Her little girls look like the girl version of Levi! We just loved them to death and we need to go out their again soon!!!This is Grandpas dog Lucy

I LOVE TWILIGHT!!!! I was lucky enough to be invited to the midnight showing of Twilight on Thursday and it was amazing!!!! It was so funny to see Carlye and Jacob dressed up!!!!! So funny. But the movie was awesome! I just loved the whole thing! Edward is amazing and Bella was perfect and I feel like I am 14 again obsessing about a movie. But I will continue to do so and I can not wait for the other movies!!!

We got fish!!! For Family Home Evening we spent the day out and about getting fish stuff and our new fish! We love them! They have to be on the counter for now because we dont have a table to put them on yet but it's all good. We had such a fun day together. Dan took off work and we took Luke to the doctor (he is a little sick) and then we were off to get our new additions. And at the pet store there were these jet black pugs and I died! They looked just like the pug we had when I was little! I want one so bad, but Dan thinks they are ugly....he is crazy. So we had a great family Monday! Halloween again! We had so much fun this year! First off, Levi was a skunk and he had so much fun!! We went and say Grandma and Grandpa White for a while and let them see the boys. They are too young to go trick-or-treating still so they just got to see grandparents and hang out all day. After we went to my parents we took them over to Dan's mams to see them. Fara Dawn took Levi trick-or-treating for a few houses and he did have a lot of fun with that. Then we left to go to a party at Nick and Annett's house while Fara Dawn watched the boys.

The party was so fun!! Nick and Annette had a Casino-themed party and we played poker all night! It was so fun! and Dan dominated...shocker:) He schooled everyone and won a gift certificate to Cabelas! It was such a fun time to chill with some friends. Thanks N&A, We has such a blast!! Monday my sisters, mom and I took all the kiddos to Gardner Village to see the witches. We got there and it took us an hour to get lunch. Then we tried to go see all the witches but all the kids were screaming and did not want to be in their strollers and needed naps!! Saturday Daniel and I made the trip to Heber to see Carlye and Jacob. It was so fun! We went on the Heber Valley Railroad, the spooky ride! It was really fun. We started out the night going to the Hub. We walked in and I swear we were in Antimony....It was filled with Camo and orange -wearing hunters. But the food was really good! Yay for the scones! Thenb we made out way to the Heber Creeper to see that it was dead...right when Wendy called us asking us where we were.....It was acctually at the railroad down the canyon. Good thing she called us or we would have missed it! So we rode the train and sat by a real annoying kid... then we went over the the Montague's humble abode for hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls...yum. After, I kicked some serious trash at Chinese Checkers!! Yay for me!! We had a really good time hangin with the Newly-weds and having a night out! (with no kids might I add) Thanks for the hospitality Car and Jacob!!

Well we hit up Antimony again this past weekend for my grandma Burr's one year anniversary of her passing and for Carlye and Jacob's reception. It was really a good time. Dan had to work so he stayed home and I went with the boys, Dave, and my parents. We had fun playing Volleyball all weekend and seeing how competitive my mom and her sisters are. We also helped my grandpa with the yard work and Levi just loved the leaves and playing all day long outside. On Saturday night we went to Car and Jacob's reception. It was so fun to see all the Antimony folk in their hunting gear...it was great. But I forgot to take my camera and I am so mad!!! It was so fun and we really had a good trip, but I will say this, I will NEVER take a vacation without my husband again! It made me so thankful for my hubby and all he helps me with!Levi loved being pulled around in the trash can full of twigs and leaves!

Last night Ashley and I threw my brother-in-law, Dustin's fiance, Carolina a bridal shower. It was really fun. I completely forgot to take pictures but it was nice. We had the best chicken salad sandwiches, which made me and Ash sick....And Carolina got some cute gifts. Then Ashley slept over just to save gas driving to work in the morning. It was great. Dan had to work late so she gave Levi a bath and played with him until he was so red in the face. It was so funny. We just love her!!

So I am slacking on my blogs..We went to Antimony last weekend for Carlye and Jacob's reception and my Grandma Burr's 1 year since her passing. It was a really nice weekend and I will have pictures up soon!!
