Four more weeks my friends, four more weeks...

Four more weeks!!! I cant believe it! I feel like i just found out i was preggo and now he's getting ready to come out and say hello! I am officially down to a doctors appointment every week. For those of you who havent had a baby, thats kinda a big deal! My doctor is almost positive that i will go into labor before my induction date(july 25) just by the way that LEvi came so fast. How scary is that! I hated labor and was in so much pain, that i thought an induction was the way to go...now they are saying i will probably go earlier than they will induce me?!?! What the crap people! I just get so nervous thinking about it. For those of you who dont know, i had Levi just about faster than lightning, so its scary. Plus i am for sure freaking myself out, so i just need to vent to the bloggers. ( Dan wont listen and says everything will be fine and perfect) I just hated the pain more than anything and it was so fast, my epidural almost non existing... I almost didnt need one, he was coming so fast, or so the doctor and nurses said. Oh yes i did, yes i did. I just want to have 2 contractions, know for sure im in labor, go to the hospital, get my epidural, and be on my way! what the perfect labor right??? Oh what was i thinking? I was thinking about the moment i saw Levi and it was all worth it and wanting to feel that way again soon. It will all be worth it, and i cant wait to have this little angel, a gift from God (and grandma pulling for us up there) in my arms. It will all be worth it. I cant wait either way!!!!

This weekend we went to Bear Lake with Chelsea and Jeremy and his family and friends! It was so fun and was amazing to just sit outside on the beach and soak up the sun! Dan spent most of his time making bombs, lighting fireworks, and playing on the boat. The water was freezing so there wasn't much boating, but they had fun anyways. Levi was scared of the sand at first, then Dan got down in it with him and started putting sand on his legs and feet. From then on out Levi loved it! He was playing and shoveling it and dumping frizbees full of sand on his head! It was so fun and we had a great time!! Thanks Chels and Jer!

I have to admit , I might be enjoying these mommy-baby swimming lessons more than Levi. He really doesnt get the concept, but he is just so adorable in the water and he loves to splash and play. And i am getting a tan( well a burn:) But I am having a blast and love the summer!

Swimming Day!

Today Levi and mommy started mommy and baby swimming lessons! They are so fun and he just loves the water! We will be doing them every morning for the next 2 weeks! I figured this is a really good way to get out of the house and kill some time in these last 6 weeks! He is so chill and content that he was having so much fun! After the class my mom, brother and sister (with Ady) came down and we swam some more! It was so fun and Levi just had a blast. and me, as the beached whale, had fun too!!! ( And yes, i know that he is the whitest baby on the planet. that's what he gets for having a red headed mom i guess. Sorry Levi)

The Project...

Well today we did quite the project. We painted the new dressers that we bought for Levi's "big boy room." I dont think we realized how big of a project this would be. So after a ward BBQ we got home and prepared for the painting. After the first hour Levi was just about done playing in the toy car and with Daddys tools, so he headed for a nap. We got in as much as we could then and after about an hour he awoke from the deep slumber and wanted to play. We, however, still had plenty of work to do. So we did what any respectable parent would do. We bribed him with oreos and chocolate milk. That gave us about another hour of work time. After that he was just about as mad at us as he could possibly be. so Dan hurried and finished his jobs within the project and got him out of the play pen and played. I finished painting and, i will tell ya, after 3 hours of sitting indian style and being 8 months pregnant, i felt like my legs and hips were going to break under me when i stood up. But we did finish the painting and we will assemble them on Monday and i will post some pics of the final product!! And of course, pics of fathers day!!

Induction Date...

So one more thing i forgot to mention, we have set our labor induction date.....AHHH! Exciting! I cant believe that it has already been almost 9 months! For anyone who was wondering, it is set for July 25. It might be changed for earlier after i have some appointments seeing my progress. With Levi, when i started having checkups 3 or 4 weeks before my due date, i was already dialating and was dialated to 5cm before i even went into full on labor! So we will see how this all goes with this little guy! I cant wait to see him and have #2 here!!!!

LEVI IS WALKING!!!

iToday we went to Grandma White's house and Suprise suprise...Levi decided to walk today! It was so exciting!!! He was going all over the place (for food, of course) but he was so sweet and it was so huge!!!! But after the long, taxing job of learning to walk, we had to go outside and get some swinging time in! We just love grandmas and i think there is something about that place that made him want to walk! Grandparents are magical! I am just so excited!!!

I LOVE MY DANO!!

Last night we went to dinner with Ashley and Jordan to Yapona, a Japanese sushi bar. It was way good. I love sushi. They took this picture of Dan and me and i am in love with it. It is hard to get Dan to take a serious pic with me so i am pretty proud of this one. I just love my hubby. How cute is he? His boss asked him the other day how we get along so well and have such a good relationship. I guess we just love each other so much that we couldn't not have a good relationship. It doesn't hurt that we are so open and honest with each other, sometimes too honest, but it is good for us. I just feel lucky to have such a good relationship with him and cant wait to spend forever and ever with him!!

Teething Levi...

Last night was so long, i am so tired. Walking around like a zombie. Levi is teething with his one year molars and it is horrid! His mouth is swollen and he cant sleep. therefore, half way through the night he is in bed with mommy and daddy. And last night was so bad that he was fussy and rolling around, not being able to sleep and that means, i dont sleep. Dan, of course, slept like a baby, or how a baby should sleep, most of the night. Finally the only way Levi fell deep asleep is when he was cuddled in Daddy's ams and i think i got about 3 hours of sleep. Then, being Levi, he woke up at 6:45 ready for the day!! and Dan had to work early today, so i had to get up and watch my sad, swollen-mouthed baby. I just think there could be nothing worse than going through teething pain, or being the mom and dad of a baby who doesn't handle it well. He is just fussy and crying all day. Oh and the drooling!!! Wow his shirt is soaked all day. I just feel so bad for my little guy, It is times like these that i would gladly take his pain for him so he felt better. And it's not just his mouth; his nose gets runny and his nose and eyes get all red and he looks like he is really sick. But it is just those wretched teeth. I despise them and cant wait for them to come in! And there is my rant about it all:)

Hello it's my b-day!

Isn't he the cutest!?!? This is the newest addition to the family, Rambo. He is a feisty little thing and bites our ankles all the live long day, but we love him. And Levi loves to beat him up! We thought this kitty would be a problem for Levi and be too rough with him, but little did we know that he would be able to hold his own! Levi beats him up so badly and it is so funny!! But they love eachother and once in a while we catch them snuggling...and they thought they could fool us:)

Welcome to our blog!!

Well hello all you bloggers out there! Yes i have finally decided to put my little family out there in this blogging world. So I will tell you a little about our family. Daniel and I were married June 29,2006 in the Salt Lake Temple and about 2 months after the wedding we found out that we were expecting our little boy! Levi Durrell Johnson was born on May 18,2007 (yay he just turned one!) and he is the cutest little bundle of joy! He is mellow and crazy at the same time and he runs me ragged, but i enjoy every minute of it! We are now expecting our second baby boy on July 29,2008 (we waist no time here people) and could not be more excited! So our family is growing rapidly. It is crazy that i will be 21 with two kids! call me crazy but i could not have a better life. I love my boys so much and could not have a better family. Daniel is the best, most loving hubby and he takes such good care of me. I cant wait to spend forever with him. So this is us! Hope you enjoy our blog and watching us grow!!!
